Making Sense of Maths
Caroline can help those struggling or anxious with Maths. Through games and activities the foundations of maths are reinforced, creating confidence through understanding.
Build Skills and Confidence.
With over 20 years remedial and Montessori teaching experience, Coach Caroline can develop a programme of unique individualised interactive learning experiences for your child which will help them to achieve success in maths, literacy and phonics.
Children learn through being active, and when they are enthusiastic and engaged in interesting, creative new information is absorbed more easily. During the hands-on-learning opportunities which Coach Caroline creates their hands and their brains work together and they are able to retain and understand the information better. Making use of concrete objects like blocks and beads and developing strategies like number lines and bond rockets will help them to achieve success through their own efforts. Improving test results and growing self confidence.
